Michael R. Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Open Book Therapy & Wellness, PLLC. His focus is supporting teens, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions—the goal is to gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. Using evidence-based strategies such as  cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focus brief therapy (SFBT) approaches, Michael's mission is anchored in helping create real, lasting change while providing a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for individuals and families of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. This approach allows for people to be met where they are—honoring their unique stories, challenges, and goals. With Michael you can explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and develop practical tools to feel better, improve relationships, and navigate life with more ease—creating change, one page at a time.
